Claire Takacs is one of the most internationally acclaimed visual artists working in the garden and landscape space today. Renowned for her poetic use of natural light and immersive storytelling, Claire captures gardens not just as places, but as living, breathing expressions of time, climate, and human creativity. Her work has helped shape the visual language of contemporary garden culture—revealing the emotional and environmental depth of landscapes around the world.
Over the past two decades, Claire has photographed many of the world’s most iconic and influential gardens. Her portfolio includes such landmark public spaces as The High Line and Brooklyn Bridge Park in New York, Great Dixter and Beth Chatto’s Garden in the UK and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in Athens.
